Presenting the best of British

We’re proud to source the majority of our ingredients from the UK, keeping our carbon footprint low. We work closely with carefully selected suppliers to sustainably source local, British ingredients, in season, with environmental best practices delivered with reusable crates.

British steak

All of our premium, British meat comes from pasture-reared cows, raised to high animal welfare standards without use of hormones resulting in a very high quality beef.

British seafood

Fresh and wild fish and seafood are responsibly sourced from day boats and line caught to minimise impact on the marine environment. Our trusted supplier New Wave Fish is compliant with the Responsible Fishing Scheme and delivers seafood in reusable crates.

Minimising waste

We age our British steak in house on the bone, with everything used with side trimmings used for mince for our steak burgers, bones for stock and fats used for basting.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

We’re proud to use reusable linen napkins and durable bamboo straws. We recycle the majority of our waste and invest in recycled Eco-craft paper for menus, sourced from the UK.
